Job Description

Teaching subjects, specialties, intellectual training, special skills, business, game creation, qualifications, and job specialties to from infants to adults.

Omoshiro Academy's operating policy is to provide "interesting and fun services to both students and teachers. Specifically:

There are no special requirements for the content of instruction or programs, and you are always welcome to offer lessons on what you can and want to teach.

Examples of your activities:

Teachers who have a teaching license but wish to work from home due to childcare or location

There are many teachers who have earned their teaching licenses at university but are physically unable to go to school to teach due to family reasons. Even though there is a shortage of teachers, there are still few places where teachers can work completely from home. Even part-time teachers have a fixed number of teaching hours per week, making it difficult for those who are raising children.

Omoshiro Academy is able to provide such a valuable human resource with the opportunity to work completely from home.

Concurrently teaching at a cram school or prep school

There are many cases where concurrent instructors who usually teach at tutoring schools and prep schools work as a side job.

Many cram school and prep school instructors are paid well, but it is difficult for one instructor to be assigned enough lessons to make a living at a single school building. As a result, instructors have to move from one school building to another, or from one cram school to another, and have to work flexibly in places with different management policies and teaching styles each time. If you can work without wasting time on travel and preparation, you can earn the same amount of income with half the hours of operation as you do now.

As dual jobs or side jobs for office workers and company employees

Lessons can be held 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, making it possible for those who work full-time during the week to work late at night, early in the morning, or on weekends.

This is a great opportunity for those who have qualifications and skills but do not have much opportunity to use them in their daily work.

Compensation

• For one 50-minute class, the amount of remuneration received by the instructor ranges from 1,500 yen to 6,000 yen (hourly rate: 1,800 yen to 7,200 yen).
  We aim to achieve the highest rate in the industry.

Application Requirements

• Those who have a PC or tablet with a good environment for video calls via Skype.
• Those who are able to provide at least one lesson per week (1 lesson = 50 minutes)
• Those who can communicate smoothly via email and Skype chat.
• In addition to the above 3 points, we welcome applicants who meet the following requirements;

  3,Those who have a passion to learn how to use and are not afraid of using Metaverse and ICT materials

*A person who is willing to take responsibility for the lessons for as long as possible
